What you send

When you request a booking, the details you type go to the site’s hosting provider, Netlify, where they are stored for managing your booking and sent to Matt by e-mail. That can include your name, e-mail, phone, organization, event details, billing contact, purchase order and billing address. Please don’t enter card or bank numbers on this site. It doesn’t ask for them.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, quote, invoice and deliver the talk. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising. We keep it for as long as we need it for the booking and for business records. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send a request through the booking form and mention privacy in the notes.

Cookies and tracking

Public pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this site. The admin area sets one sign-in cookie for the site owner.

Video

Clips are hosted by YouTube or Vimeo. Nothing loads from them until you press play. After that, their privacy policies apply.

Your private booking page

Your booking page opens with a long private link. Anyone who has the link can see the page, so share it only with people working on your event.

Connected Google accounts

Some of the owner’s internal publishing tools use Google sign-in to read data from channels the owner operates. That data stays in those tools and is not sold or shared.
